“Organizers were very nice. However, instructions to find them at the beach were vague and took us half an hour to find them. Also, we were taken way into the water, in an area with 4’ waves and undertoe current (quite frightening, and then told that *this* was not really the area where turtles would be at). The actual place, where algae are, is where we were taken for the last 10 minutes of the experience. There was another company offering the “swimming with turtles” in a much better area (bay, part of Escambron beach). I wish Viator would have put us with that other group instead.”

“Our guide was absolutely amazing, this excursion is physically demanding to say the least, with cliff and rock climbing and all. As an anxious person I can say the guide made me feel safe under his watch. Lending a firm, helping hand guiding us safely through the slippery terrain, I was able to have fun. If you are not a physically active person I do NOT suggest this tour as it is a rough work out, otherwise I had a great time.”

Combining an array of local foods over four different stops with just enough walking to prepare yourself for the next course, it was a fantastic way to explore part of Old San Juan. Pablo was an incredible guide - very knowledgeable - and was able to perfectly blend the history and significance of our food offerings with the many contributions of outside ethnicities into the rich culture of present day Puerto Rico. It was a pleasure learning, eating and laughing with our group of 12. Five stars for Pablo!”

“Our family had a great experience. We wouldn't recommend if at least one oerson in the two-person pair for the kayak doesn't have any experience. Also, if you have an odd number, someone in the group will get paired with someone you don't know. Worked out great for our group but can imagine it might be a challenge in some situations.”
